Inhibace (Cilazapril) Inhibace Information Inhibace is kind of drug that belongs to the group of medicines known as Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. Inhibace functions by blocking some natural chemicals produced by the body that causes blood pressure to rise. Inhibace Indications Inhibace is indicated to treat raised blood pressure and chronic heart failure. Inhibace may also be used for purposes not mentioned here. Inhibace Warnings Do not take Inhibace if you are allergic to any of the components of Inhibace or to any other medicines of the same class called Ace inhibitors. Do not take Inhibace if you have previously suffered from angiodema or the swelling of the skin. Inhibace is strictly not advice for use of children. Do not deviate from your doctor’s instructions on how to use Inhibace medication. You may take your Inhibace medication before or meals. Swallow the Inhibace tablet whole with water or with other non-alcoholic drinks. Inhibace should be taken on a routine basis. This means to say that you should take Inhibace drug at around the same time each day, preferably in the morning. Inhibace Dosage For the treatment in person having high blood pressure, the normal starting dose of Inhibace is between 0.5mg and 1.25mg per day. It is for until two to four weeks of treatment when the full effect of Inhibace medication will be fully seen. In the elderly, the dosage of Inhibace is 0.5mg a day for the treatment of hypertension and chronic heart failure. Tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver problems. Your doctor may require you a lower dose of Inhibace than usual. Inhibace OverDose There are no data provided for Inhibace overdose. Contact your doctor or physician immediately if you experience any unusual or bothersome side effects. Inhibace Missed Dose You can fully feel the effects of Inhibace once it is continuously taken and at a regular interval. If possible, do not really miss any dose of Inhibace. If it is unavoidable that a dose of Inhibace is missed, you should take the Inhibace missed dose as soon as you remember provided that it is not near the time for the next dose. Do not take double doses of Inhibace medication. Inhibace Side Effects Side effects of Inhibace are not common and are unlikely to occur.
